Breakfast: Steel cut oats with almond milk, blueberries, banana & walnuts
Lunch: Whole grain sandwich with avocado, sliced tomato & sprouts sliced orange
Dinner: Taco salad with lettuce, tomato, green onion, 1/2 c brown rice, 1/2 c black beans, green chilies & salsa WG tortilla toasted and broke into chips
