Looking forward to a couple of new goals starting July 9, 2012. First I am going vegetarian for 6 weeks. Second, instead of 10K steps a day I am going to increase my workout to 15K steps a day. My husband is going to try this with me.....except he doesn't know that he is also going vegetarian. Haha See how long he can last. I guess less than 24 hours.
